Much higher quality than seen in other home builder companies in the area, especially with standard options. The only issue I had was that sometimes communication was not good between them, the title, and the lender. Great home love it, only issue I have had is when having issues with something they would not show up to fix it. My walk in shower door fell off the slide and I fixed it my self.

Sent in reports that my doors were not sealing correctly and air was coming in the house because of this and nothing ever happened. House is great customer service and warranty work sucks. My one year is up on the house so I guess it will be out of pocket for me to fix.
